Flight changes and upgrades

There are limited amounts of changes that can be made from the main group flight – these are based on a first come first serve basis. Any flight amends are subject to rates and availability at the time of request.

The Molson Coors Events Team will check your flight change with the airline for the most up-to-date rate to quote you. Please allow 48 hours for the airline to respond. Depending on the response time from the quote this rate could change. Once the flight amend/upgrade has been confirmed this is non-refundable and cannot be amended/cancelled.

Connecting Flights
If you need a connecting flight this will be chargeable to the individual. If the connecting flight is not with the same airline as the group flights, XSEM or Molson Coors are not liable for any costs incurred should the connecting or main group flight be missed.
Hotel upgrades/Extra nights

Any hotel upgrades or additional nights are subject to rates and availability at the time of request - this is at your own cost. This rate is not guaranteed until the customer confirms with XSEM, who will then confirm rates and availability with the hotel. Please allow 48 hours for the hotel to respond.
​Payment for additional extras
​
Any payments for additional extras such as flights and hotels must be made payable to XSEM, one week of invoicing by the individual who has made the booking.

Electricity
​
For USA, you will need a travel adaptor. There are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin.
Dress Code
​
The dress code during the days is casual – please bring adequate protection for the sun and heat. We recommend bringing layers to wear during the evening, as temperatures in the restaurants is cooler.
In the evenings for dinners, the dress code is smart casual.
Travel Insurance
​
Travel Insurance is not provided – please ensure you have arranged this prior to travelling.
